Stacking Systems

The very same stacking system that is a component of the KPS-CTL-300 and KPS-CTL-600 is available as a retrofit stacker to existing core cutting equipment.

KPS can design and supply a standalone system that integrates into existing equipment without any need to modify the controls of the existing core cutter. Stackers can be configured to stack with or without the use of pins, with accuracy within +/- 1 mm.

Stackers can vary from simple 2 position variants, up to 5 positions with multiple cars and pallets. Contact us for a list of stacking systems that have been successfully integrated into existing core cutting equipment.
